Volksclub Bendigo Ice Cream Run

A great joint cruise betwween 3 of Victoria's VW clubs cruising to Echuca for a picnic lunch and ice cream with members from the VolksClub Bendigo and the Ballarat Club.

From Bendigo - Departing from Lake Weeroona at 10.30am, cruising to Echuca for a picnic lunch and ice cream with members from the VolksClub Bendigo and the Ballarat Club.
From Melbourne - Leaving at 7:00am from the BP just past Calder Park raceway cruise to Lake Weeroona to meet for breakfast before cruising to Echuca. Andrew Ermel will be leading this cruise.
From Melbourne on Saturday 4/2/2012 - For anyone wanting to go to Bendigo on the Saturday there will be two activites organised with the Bendigo Club being an afternoon cruise and Saturday night meal in a local Bendigo restaurant. Final details will be announced closer to the date. BBQ breakfast will be provided by the Melbourne Club on Sunday morning at Lake Weeroona from 8.30am. Picnic at Hanging Rock

3000+ of the best restored cars in Australia and a great Automotive festival to be enjoyed. The VWCV will again be putting on a display and we want you and your car to be there. Be aware that from this year only pre 1986 cars can enter the show otherwise you will have to park in the public car park and not with us. Their rules not ours!

Meet at the BP just past Calder Park Raceway at 7:30am for a 8am sharp departure. We must arrive together as a group in order to park together. If you are late we can not save you a spot.

VWCV General Meeting

Our general meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Meetings start at 8pm. Good meals at reasonable prices available. Plenty of on street parking. This is our first meeting after the Xmas/New year break.

VWMA Sydney Drags (Formerly Portland drags)

Ballarat Swap meet.

The 23rd annual Swap Meet is the largest swap meet in Australia with over 30,000 visitors and 2,300 sites on offer and unlimited free parking available!

The Swap Meet features International, National and Local site operators and also has a Cars for Sale Section. Toilets, showers, food, drinks and ice are also available on site.

The Swap Meet is located at Ballarat Airport, on the Sunraysia Highway on the outskirts of Ballarat. Swap Meet site covers approximately 160 acres and is easily accessible from all directions.

Now run by the combined Rotary clubs in Ballarat.

Kennett River Weekend.

Once again the beach awaits us. Join us as we head down to Kennett River on the Great Ocean Road and set up camp across the road from the beach. Come for the weekend or stay longer. Many club members come down a few days prior to enjoy a relaxing weekend of good surf or just lazing around with your VW. To learn more about this event click the link. This event is a must for families and is a very easy going event.

You will be required to book your own site. Please mention you are with the VW Club so they put us all together.

There will be no organised cruise to Kennet River. Just come when you're ready and stay for as long as you like.
