VWCV General Meeting
Our general meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Meetings start at 8pm. Good meals at reasonable prices available. Plenty of on street parking.

Each VWCV member is a volunteer, carrying out club duties in their own time. Please bear this in mind before calling or emailing committee members.
2011 Day of the Volkswagen
Day of the Volkswagen Organising Committee
Preparation for the Day of the Volkswagen 2011 is under way and we are looking for members to participate in the organising committee.
The committee will have members with past experience in organising the event plus we have extensive notes and procedures built up over the past few events, so the task is not as daunting as it may appear, especially if we have enough members on the committee to share the workload. New members on the committee will be guided by the experienced members so the tasks will be easily completed without taking too much of you time.
There would probably be about 4 committee meetings leading up to the event at a time and place that is convenient to the committee members. The meetings last for about 2 hours.
The DOVW is our premier fund raising event and has quite a high profile in the VW community so it is important the Club continues to stage the event as professionally as we can and to do that we need support from the members. This is an opportunity for you to get involved in the Club and work with fellow Club members organising a great VW day and having a bit of fun in the process.
