To best coordinate the timing of vehicle tests and set inspection appointments, please contact our current Permit Officer, Andrew Ermel, at chplates@vwclub.com.au
Please note: In order to ensure that all requirements are completed prior to the expiry of the roadworthy certificate, we kindly request that you contact Andrew to coordinate the timing of your vehicle's inspection prior to obtaining a roadworthy certificate. This will allow you to ensure that once the roadworthy certificate is obtained, you will be able to get your vehicle inspected with enough time to allow for the processing of your application by VWCV and then VicRoads.
Renewals: If you are currently on the scheme, make sure that your membership is up to date and send the renewal with a stamped self addressed envelope to - VW Club of Victoria PO Box 1215 Melbourne 3001
